We are currently seeking a skilled Operation Manager to join a dynamic developer and operator in Singapore. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and guide Managing Agents (MA) in overseeing daily operations, including M&E works, security services, cleaning, landscape, and arrears management.
- Supervise and monitor MA performance, ensuring adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and stakeholder service level requirements.
- Ensure the implementation of preventive and corrective maintenance programs, including fire safety regulations.
- Oversee the efficient performance of equipment, establish a defect tracking system, and ensure adherence to work safety procedures and risk assessment protocols.
- Lead the process of preparing tender specifications, conducting interviews, and evaluating and recommending candidates.
- Manage and prepare OPEX / CAPEX budgets, ensuring that annual maintenance expenses are within approved limits.
- Streamline and review processes to ensure adherence to SOP and enhance operational efficiency.
- Manage AEI / A&A projects, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, handle tenants\' relations, and comply with regulatory authorities. Additionally, explore and review new initiatives and technologies to drive operational efficiency and promote ESG efforts.

Requirements
- Degree in Building Management, Facilities Management or its equivalent
- At least 10 years of experience in estate / property management, preferably in commercial buildings
- Experience in managing tenants in Grade A office buildings
-Competent in reading and understanding technical / structural drawings, e.g. as-built drawing
- Independent, resourceful, self-motivated, result-oriented and a team player who can work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Certified Fire Safety Manager and Green Mark Manager is advantageous
