A multi-billion global group in the consumer services sector is seeking a global-minded Operations Director to mastermind operational excellence by overseeing Finance, Operations, and Human Resources teams. Ultimately, you are key in leading the review and elevation of process improvement, productivity, and excellent service. This is a 12 months contract position, with the need to travel globally (Europe, Middle East, Africa, Asia) approx. 4 times a year to understand your stakeholders and the business. Responsibilities Reporting to the global commercial head, you will lead the process improvements across the various teams. Specifically, you will establish quantitative and qualitative metrics and standards by which efficiency and effectiveness can be evaluated, and also reviewing organization design and roles. You will ensure compliance of key operations, efficient administrative processes, and excellent service to internal and external customers. Most essentially, you will also champion collaboration and problem solving capabilities in the organisation. Requirements You will be suitably qualified Operations leader with over 15 years\xe2\x80\x99 relevant experience in a leadership role, preferably in operations or business management, with a track record of process optimization. You must be natural working with an international group of stakeholders across the world, and be comfortable deep-diving into the needs and experiences of employees, to better assess and improve their experiences. You are also quick-witted, analytical, and skilled in navigating and influencing in a matrix environment.
