About Our Client
Our client is a Holdings of company from China with strong investment capabilities in Property. They also have businesses in Engineering, Printing, Travel Agency, and so on. The CEO is currently expanding their Resorts business in Zhejiang China, which is an international concept, with international brands and looking for candidates to support the Operations of the Mall, Restaurants or Supermarkets.
- Managing the operations for the Mall/Restaurants/Supermarkets
- Sourcing for Operators in your designated field
- Ensure high-quality standards and services are met at all times by all brands
- Ensure that the hygiene standards are met
- Evaluate customers/guests satisfactions and areas for improvement
- About 5years of Operations Management experience
- Experience working in a resort, mall, restaurants, supermarkets and managing multiple outlets/vendors
- Able to travel to China frequently
- Able to speak, writte and read in Mandarin is key since the mall you will be managing and staff is in China and the use of english is very limited in this province.
You will be reporting directly to a very high-level Executive, the CEO of the Holdings and will be given an attractive salary package.
