The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the facility, including facility management, tenant relations, safety, cleanliness, and operational efficiency, to create a seamless and exceptional shopping experience for visitors while strategically planning for the mall\'s future growth and success.

Description

• Spearheading the operations team to guarantee the mall\'s effective operation and upkeep.
• Formulating, executing, and supervising strategies to improve mall operations.
• Amplifying and verifying adherence to operational protocols, codes, and statutory guidelines.
• Managing maintenance initiatives aimed at enhancing safety and operational excellence.
• Overseeing the annual budget, contract management, and the execution of essential tasks for mall operations.
• Establishing performance standards for contractors and conducting regular assessments to ensure adherence.
• Assisting in the execution of Asset Enhancement Initiatives, tenant remodeling, and logistical support for mall promotions.
• Collaborating closely with the Contract & Procurement Team to secure maintenance contracts and oversee equipment replacement.
• Coordinating tasks with vendors/contractors for property-related projects.
• Fostering the growth and professionalism of the operations team to consistently achieve exceptional daily outcomes.
• Participating as an integral part of the Environmental Health Safety (EHS) team, which plays a pivotal role in evaluating and endorsing permit-to-work (PTWs), risk assessments, and safety checks/audits for the mall.

Profile

• A Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical), Real Estate, Facilities, Building, or Estate Management.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience managing commercial or retail properties.
• Prior experience in effectively executing significant asset enhancement projects would be a noteworthy advantage.
• Ideally possessing certifications such as a Fire Safety Manager\'s Certificate and/or a Green Mark Manager\'s Certificate.
• Capable of operating effectively within tight schedules, demonstrating resourcefulness and systematic approaches to problem-solving.
• Exhibit strong communication proficiencies.
• Openness to learning and potential lateral transitions between asset classes in the future, in accordance with business requirements.
