Job Description
- Oversee the operation, scheduling, and optimization of Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) shipments for the LNG trading and supply team.
- Play a key role in shaping the annual delivery program for long-term LNG supply and sales agreements with both suppliers and customers.
- Maintain seamless communication with suppliers, customers, terminals, and service providers to ensure timely LNG cargo deliveries and accurate invoicing.
- Take responsibility for proper documentation and ensure the timely and accurate entry of operational data into relevant IT systems.
- Manage the appointment of independent inspectors and expeditors while addressing any issues related to LNG quality.
- Collaborate with internal teams-front, middle, and back-office, legal, shipping, finance-to resolve any operational concerns.
- Ensure timely cargo invoicing, reconcile accounts, and clear accruals for both external and internal deals.
- Coordinate with counterparts and support the team to maintain smooth operations, minimize delays, and reduce demurrage costs.
