Job Description

1. Role Description:

Food and beverage operations manager plans organises coordinates and directs food and beverages (FB) operations. He/she creates and maintains Standard Operations Procedures (SOP) for the FB business including FB administration and food safety and hygiene practices. He/she maintains brand standards and establishes the brand concept and strategy.

2. Specific Responsibilities: 1. Trainee will work with clients to ensure the service is able to be deliver on time as per client\'s requirements and to report arising issues and solving them together with the Director.
2. Trainee would be able to process customer food orderings and make sure that all food deliveries are met within lead time. Trainee would be able to create spreadsheets and/ or provide reports to manage all routes or food ordering.
3. Trainee would be able to handle inbound queries from customers and provide support via multiple channels (email, social media platforms and live chats etc). Trainee would also be capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations/customers.
4. Trainee will learn how to liaise with vendors and clients, manage logistics, planning time frames and ensure that stocks arrives on time, quality checks so as to maintain company standards.
5. Trainee will be taught on how to do market research on current and future potential changes to the market relevant to the business and apply on the development and implementation of business strategy.
6. Trainee will be taught how to think in a business point of view and seek for innovative ways to improve business operations and revenue, creating and proposing plans and promotions to enhance sales and profit.
