Assist in the daily production of pastry products
To create, innovate and develop new menus when necessary
Monitor stocks for baking ingredients and place orders, as needed
Assist in handling the daily stock recording, temperature recording and receiving of the raw ingredient, etc.
To work closely with other team members in order to achieve the highest possible standard of the products
To ensure food handling, hygiene standards, maintenance of equipment and work safety guidelines are adhered to at all time
Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of work station, equipment at all times
