Our company is currently looking for a Pastry Cook to join our team of passionate and talented individuals for our kitchens. Our bars, restaurants and catering are very food focused, offering high tea, event nights, craft beers, wines, cocktails and amazing cuisine produced by our kitchen team. The candidate will report to and work closely with the Head Chef and Pastry CDP to develop and prepare classic European bakery, pastry and dessert. He/she will also be tasked to assist in the bakery production as well. Our company treasures talents by offering good career enhancement and package. Ensure the bakery/pastry production team function efficiently
Ensure that food handling and hygiene regulations are followed during preparation of items.
Minimise food wastage of ingredients and other food items.
Follow company policies, procedures and service standards.
Contribute ideas and assist our marketing department with A&P
Carry out ad hoc duties as per management\xe2\x80\x99s instruction.
Requirements: 1 year experience in related field.
Passionate interest in development on pastries and desserts.
