The Role: To manage patient accounts and to liaise with corporate companies for patient coverage Key Accountabilities: ? Ensure proper documentation for patients admitted under corporate/insurance coverage ? Follow closely on bill size to ensure existing coverage is sufficient ? Liaise with respective departments and doctors to provide relevant information and documents as required by corporate companies ? Liaise with patients/payors for outstanding bills ? Attend to enquiries regarding patient coverage and bills ? Perform ad hoc duties assigned by supervisorQualifications and Experience: ? Minimum 'O' level or 'NITEC' level ? Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word and Excel). Knowledge of SAP would be an added advantage ? Healthcare / customer service working experience is an added advantage ? Mandarin speaking is an added advantageAdditional Information: ? Customer oriented and good team player ? Good interpersonal and communication skills ? Able to multi-task and work under pressure to meet deadlines ? Meticulous and comfortable with numbers
