Your role

Do you thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment? Are you comfortable working independently and as part of a team? We\'re looking for someone like that to:

- Ensure accurate and timely execution of domestic
and international remittances
- Direct debit payment and G3 processing
- Handling of Cheque / draft
- Manage and reconcile internal control accounts
- Handling of charge/fee payment and collections
- Be service oriented in handling client queries,
requests and issues on payments
- Follow-up and conduct investigation on any payment
related issues
- Initiate opportunities for process enhancement and
re-engineering

Your team

You\'ll be working in the Payments team in Singapore. We\'re part of the Personal & Corporate Banking Operations. We\'re responsible for the handling of payment instructions, including standing orders, G3 and direct debits for customers, internal entities or financial institutions.

Your expertise

You have
- experience with a bank or wealth manager
- proven communication and interpersonal skills
- a knack for assessing information and determining
priorities
- working knowledge of Swift and MEPS

You are:
- able to thrive in a deadline-driven environment
- a stickler for the details
- Meticulous and sensitive to number
