The role will be responsible in providing support to the HR payroll operational services, preparation of relevant payroll data, and facilitation of assigned payroll system processes in compliance with applicable regulations, service level agreement, policies, and procedures.
+ Perform assigned system activities relevant to payroll processes, set up and maintenance of records for new and existing employees in compliance with relevant data management protocols and processes.
+ Process assigned files management and maintenance tasks to support payroll processors and maintain accuracy of various data and records.
+ Support in reports generation by administering data collections for relevant payroll reports such as leave provisions , pay out schedules, and etc.
+ Support in the administration of relevant statutory reporting to country specific organizations (e.g. Australian Taxation Office).
+ Escalate identified issues and concerns to the Team Lead for timely resolution.
+ Maintain the SOP/DTP of current processes and incorporate documentation updates as required.
+ Perform multiple routine tasks in compliance with service level agreement, process, policies, and procedures.
+ Gather information and documentation to assist in investigating and in resolving issues within the assigned process.
Minimum Requirements
+ Bachelor's degree or at least 2 years of relevant professional experience in Payroll.
+ Intermediate proficiency in MS Office tools
+ Experience working with payroll systems and HR systems, e.i., Workday, Oracle, and Empower is an advantage, but is not required.

+ Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate within a specific group of internal and external customers. (Communication)
+ Ability to maintain good customer relationship with the ability to understanding and respond to customer needs and requirements. (Customer Service)
+ Ability to be thorough and meticulous in completing assigned reports, tasks, and documentation. (Attention to Detail)
+ Ability to address basic process issues and may suggest applicable solutions. (Problem Solving)
