RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Working closely with the Vice President of the Office of Partnerships and Engagement (OPE) to support all aspects of the daily operations and office administration.
  • Act as a point of contact between internal/external stakeholders, to manage VP\xe2\x80\x99s calendar that includes scheduling appointments, managing email correspondences. Other secretarial support includes meeting venue set up, arrangement of luncheons and attending to guests and visitors.
  • Support in VP\xe2\x80\x99s full spectrum of travel arrangements that include booking of air-tickets, accommodation, VISA application and transportation. Manage travel reimbursement claims and expenses.
  • Act as a support arm in the operations and office administration of the Office of Industry Engagement (OIE) as and when required.
  • Helping with inter SOCI communication, scheduling, budget planning and forecasting.
  • Support in the team\xe2\x80\x99s office procurement, asset and inventory management and event organization.
  • Manage VP\xe2\x80\x99s corporate card statement and other expenses for reconciliation.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Diploma/Degree with minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Familiar with office administration.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office \xe2\x80\x93 Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint.\xe2\x80\xa2 Good knowledge of procurement and claims, preferably SAP.
  • A basic understanding of budgeting and forecasting.
  • Outstanding level of organization, coordination, and time management skills.
  • Familiar with office equipment and applications (laptop, printer, VPN, calendars).
  • Meticulous with strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Resourceful, independent worker and a team player.
