Responsible for the day-to-day facilities operations (Electrical Systems) including maintaining uptime and operations of facilities to meet business needs. Assist the site manager in implementing the maintenance program and complying with government / statutory regulations; conduct regular audits of building and system:

• Maintain and updated spare part inventory list
• Update daily, monthly, and yearly maintenance checklist
• Checking and approving materials and equipment at point of delivery to site
• Interacting with all, Safety Personnel, Client Representatives and Sub-contractors.
• Ensuring housekeeping is undertaken frequently enough to maintain a safe and neat work place at all times
• Ensure electrical works is carried out systematically, efficiently & safely.
• Provide support on modification and replacement in the system.
• Plan / Schedule team to perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot Electrical Equipment / Systems’ problems
• Prepare quotation for repair / A&A work.
• Overall in-charge of the Electrical team.

Requirements

• Diploma in Engineering, Estate/Facilities Management with 5 years relevant experience
• Must obtained License Electrical Worker Grade 7
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
• A team-player, with good communication and has experience in maintenance and A&A work.
