1. Design, develop and deliver training interventions for leaders of the Labour Movement.
This will include:
Working with stakeholders to identify training gaps and pathways
Working with IHLs/external training providers for programmes and training solutions
Design, develop and deliver training on topics ranging from human resources and leadership soft skills
Familiar with WSQ and SkillsFuture frameworks for courseware development
2. Identifying and developing learning solutions to meet the different learning needs of stakeholders. This will include:
Working with vendors to design and develop online learning contents such as micro-learning modules
Storyboarding of contents for conversion to online modules
Partnering and leveraging on IHLs and other training providers to offer broad range of online courses for different stakeholders of the Labour Movement
Requirements:
A good tertiary qualification with WSQ Diploma in Adult & Continuing Education (DACE) is an advantage
At least 5 years of experience in designing and delivery training on topics related to human resource management, industrial relations and soft skills
Competent in courseware development, adult learning methodologies and stand-up delivery
Strong interest in labour and economic issues
Able to connect and build relationship with stakeholders with myriad backgrounds and needs
