Job Description
- Professional Training
- Design, develop & deliver training interventions

- Work with stakeholders to identify training gaps and pathways
- Working with IHLs/external training providers for programmes and training solutions
- Design, develop and deliver training on topics ranging from human resources and leadership soft skills
- Familiar with WSQ and SkillsFuture frameworks for courseware development
- Identify and develop learning solutions to meet different learning needs of stakeholders
- Work with vendors to design and develop online learning contents such as micro-learning modules
- Storyboarding of contents for conversion to online modules
- Partnering and leveraging on IHLs and other training providers to offer broad range of online courses for different stakeholders
- A good tertiary qualification with WSQ Diploma in Adult & Continuing Education (DACE) is an advantage
- At least 5 years of experience in designing and delivery training on topics related to human resource management, industrial relations and soft skills
- Competent in courseware development, adult learning methodologies and stand-up delivery
- Strong interest in labour and economic issues
- Able to connect and build relationship with stakeholders with myriad backgrounds and needs
