The Procurement Assistant is responsible to provide administrative support to the Procurement Department in ensuring a consistent supply of products at the right quality, prices, and time to meet customers\xe2\x80\x99 orders. He/she will handle trade purchasing process, maintain suppliers\xe2\x80\x99 relationships, product and import process (handle import declaration, liaise with freight forwarders/hauliers), claim process and documentation. Through his/her engagement with suppliers, he/she monitors and analyses prevailing product pricing and availability of products for serving customers\xe2\x80\x99 needs.
