Executes BTL projects - production of events, activations and brand promotions through: planning, implementation and control
Executes IMC services: branding, ATL, PR, digital marketing, e-commerce, social media marketing, etc.
Coordinates and negotiates with partners, vendors, talents, and suppliers
Sources out effective and reliable quality suppliers and talents
Handles project budget and timetable management
Conducts pre-production planning and logistics preparation
Handles event proper execution & post-project servicing
Mentoring Jr. Production Managers and Production Coordinators; to develop and maximize their skills and potential
Overall team play and collaboration within Marketing/Project Team/Production
