The Company
Our client, a leading independent power producer and a multi award-winning renewable energy developer in the Asia-Pacific region is looking for a re-domiciliation manager to help them to return multiple entities to Singapore.
The Role
- Prepare the solvency assessment of each company.
- Valuation of entities and impact on tax.
- Review financial model and assumptions from Investment team, quantify impact on financial statements.
- Work with different stakeholders and external parties.
- Assist with project management for Finance including following up with issues, getting the right documents etc.
- Assist on compliance with 13O reporting from the finance perspective.
- Work on the accounting paper and treatment for each entity.
- 5 - 7 years of experience in Accounting, Process Improvement / re-domiciliation.
- Experienced in similar projects able to work independently.
- Resourceful with exposure to Navision and Anaplan systems. ( Ideally)
