Provide procurement shared services support related to procurement and sourcing as well as outsourcing activities to all departments
Coordinate purchasing activities and services based on company's needs
Provide operational end to end category management focusing on business-critical capability from 3rd party suppliers to all stakeholders
Facilitate end-to-end procurement process from sourcing, supplier/ contract management, spend analysis to PO issuance
Ensures that all procurement activities and processes meet quality standards which include handling quotation, issue purchase order, track orders and ensure timely delivery
Vendor sourcing activities which include evaluate offers from vendors and negotiate better prices
Monitor process and supplier performance and resolve issues with suppliers
Act as the subject matter expert and take accountability for procurement and sourcing solutions
Ensure all procurement policy, process and system are fully complied
Use effective sourcing and negotiation techniques with suppliers to access the right business solutions on the most cost-effective and efficient business terms
Clarify product specifications, cost estimation and project logistics (if required)

QUALIFICATIONS
Diploma/ Degree
At least 3 years of relevant working experience
Fluency in spoken and written English
Experienced in systems and other evolving digital processing systems
