Job Description


Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 5.30pm Location: One North 1 year renewable contract

Receptionist
  • Handle customer telephone enquiries
  • Greet and attend to incoming visitors pleasantly and professionally
  • Manage and coordinate incoming and outgoing mails and parcels
  • Coordinate with couriers and sales support team to arrange for delivery
  • Arrange for local and international courier for various departments

Office Administration
  • Management and procurement of office stationery and pantry
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors for various office facilities and maintenance (aircon, lighting, season parking, water dispenser etc)
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings
  • Checking courier invoices monthly for sales support and finance
  • Coordination of name card printing
  • Provide support and/or coordination for company events and projects
Supporting current HR & Admin department

Job Requirements

  • Good communication skills
  • Amiable, good team player and customer oriented
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Good organisational skills
  • Able to start immediately/within short notice
  • No experience required (training will be provided)
