Job Responsibilities:- The Services required are set out as follows: Receptionist duties (80% of the time) a) Perform customer service duties and man the General Office Counter, attend to external a Job Responsibilities:- The Services required are set out as follows: Receptionist duties (80% of the time) a) Perform customer service duties and man the General Office Counter, attend to external and internal customers, answer phone calls, handling walk-ins to the General Office and attend to deliveries b) Assist students who are unwell in the sick bay. Administrative duties (20% of the time) c) Perform administrative duties such as verification of documents, maintaining and updating of data records, collation of outgoing mails/deliveries, handling of loss and found logbook and maintaining of office stationery stocks d) Sickbay management and safety sickbay incident e) Perform filing, organising and archival of files f) Other duties as assigned by the School. The personnel is to sign an undertaking to safeguard official information Job Qualifications:- The Personnel shall minimally have the following qualifications, skills and experience: a) Personnel must be a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident b) Preferably minimum 3 GCE O' Level passes or equivalent c) Affluent in English Language d) Proficient in MS Excel and Words, and be IT savvy e) Knowledge / experience in customer service preferred f) Certified in First Aid is an advantage
