Assembly is looking for an enthusiastic Regional Activation Director who will take ownership in identifying, creating and seizing activation product opportunities across the APAC region. The Director will be responsible for establishing key strategic activation-related partnerships with clients, vendors and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

WHAT YOU\xe2\x80\x99LL BE DOING ON ANY GIVEN DAY

• Activation strategy support across key clients in APAC
• Identify and create activation product opportunities for revenue generation
• Design activation propositions across markets and work closely with market leads for their market requirements
• Manage key activation partnership discussions. E.g. Google and Meta
• Own and facilitate global and regional RFP, including Activation Strategy and Pricing

DOES THIS SOUND LIKE YOU?

• A bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in media/advertising or related fields
• Ideally 8 \xe2\x80\x93 10 years of experience in performance marketing, agency preferred
• Solid knowledge and skills on cross channel media activation (SEM/Social/Display etc)
• A passion for everything digital, with an active interest and understanding of online advertising industry trends
• Have a keen eye for industry trends and activation product opportunities
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Great analysis skills (including quantitative analysis) and proven critical thinking capability
• Adaptable and able to flex with changes in prioritisation to meet new or changed goals
