How you will make an impact: Seeking a Commercial Excellence (CE) Manager who drives the commercial and business excellence by the design, planning and implementation of commercial processes, projects and initiatives to improve top and bottom line results. The CE Manager will work cross-functionally with commercial leadership, finance, marketing and sales, human resources, supply chain and other functions. They will lead planning and execution on a regional level of several key strategic and tactical Commercial Excellence initiatives, including: Commercial _ Execution initiatives: Improve commercial performance, build up sales knowledge and establish a high motivated sales incentive scheme
  • Value Expansion initiatives: Contract compliance, strategic pricing
  • Distributor excellence initiatives: Improve channel partner management processes and interaction
What you will do:
  • Problem Solving:
  • Identify, assess and solve complex business problems for areas of responsibility, where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors
  • Demonstrate a strategic approach to achieve business objectives by asking strategic questions, aligning resources, developing action plans, and evaluating action plan results
  • Analytics:
  • Continuously maintain subject matter expertise with data sources and tools (including Business intelligence tools), and apply this expertise to develop data gathering tools, deliver high quality data and generate concrete insights and recommendations to achieve business objectives and address opportunities and/or challenges
  • Internal and Field Partner Management:
  • Closely follow the strategic direction set by senior management when establishing near term goals
  • Be compatible with senior management on matters where they may need to gain acceptance on an alternate approach
  • Successfully communicate and partner up with internal and external team members to align on business objectives and associated action plan
  • Decision Making:
  • Act independently to resolve methods and procedures on new assignments
  • Leadership and Partnership / Teamwork:
  • Align various functions that are included within the Commercial Excellence organization such as Demand Managers; Distribution Managers, Pricing, Contracts Manager, etc.
  • Actively collaborate within and beyond the team to design and ensure agreement around solutions,
  • Project Management
  • Applies project management tools and skills to organize and lead tasks and timelines in a manner that ensures timely completion of results
  • Ensures accuracy of analyses and other results
  • Ensures team members are aligned with the progress of results through the life of the project(s)
How you will get here: Education Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Finance field Experience
  • 5+ years of relevant working experience in Life science and or Healthcare
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
  • Strong commercial operations leadership experience: strategic decision support, market forecasting, performance tracking and marketing analytics
  • Highly analytical and possess a strong business sense and project management skills
  • Organized multitasker: you prioritize your workload, in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and should be able to think creatively and demonstrate innovative thinking
  • Strong team building skills working with a diverse group of people, even if geographically dispersed
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Proven record of handling sophisticated analyses and Shown strength in modelling tools such as trend analysis and optimization
  • Ability to develop business oriented results with appropriate level of detail and keep the right people advised
  • Must be fluent in English
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process optimisation and control gaps and champion improvement initiatives through Practical Process Improvement (PPI)

Travel requirements
  • Must be available to travel up to 30% of the time
