Roles & Responsibilities
Primary responsibility will be to build, grow and maintain strong relationships with key client decision-makers and stakeholders.
:
- Managing multiple ongoing and new client relationships ensuring maximum levels of satisfaction, retention and growth.
- Communicating with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems
- Manage reporting of vital client information such as ticketing system details, billing, etc
- Create, identify and qualify selling opportunities by maintaining regular contact with customers
- Drive engagement through organising events, webinars, conferences to increase potential touchpoints with potential clients
- Prepare weekly/monthly/quarterly service review meetings
- Provide general operational, client service and administrative support to the Relationship Manager
Requirements:
- Dip/Degree in Communication, Marketing, Advertising or other relevant fields.
- Fresh Graduate are also Welcome (Training Provided)
- Proficient in English and Chinese language
- Optimistic self-starter, fast-learner and team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- 5 days’ Work
- Medical and Dental Insurance after passing probation
- Transport allowance
