ROLE OVERVIEW

Mandala Masters will bring unique and experiential programming, to showcase the world’s best culinary, music, art and cultural events in Singapore and the broader Asia Pacific region. The Mandala Masters business vertical will assist the Mandala Group in creating brand awareness as it strives to amass 20,000 members by 2026. The role of Reservations Manager Mandala Masters is to ensure the all the club members and members of the public are addressed in a positive and friendly manner, while executing all administrative tasks to the highest quality standards.

KEY OBJECTIVES & DELIVERABLES

  • Manage multiple restaurant residences at the same time if and when needed
  • Ensure all the information on Sevenrooms page of each restaurant are correct and up to date, ensure the Sevenrooms page is in working order
  • Attend to all calls related to reservations
  • Attend to WhatsApp messages on reservations
  • Update the operational team on the due information
  • Follow up on all requirements
  • Follow up on all payment links to be sent out, prepayments
  • Sending recon out every day for following day reservation
  • Work closely with the Membership team in order to maximise every contact.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for Mandala Members and prospective members, together with the membership team to provide a seamless experience
  • Call to inform members of policy, cancellations and check on dietary restrictions for reservations for the week
  • Look through the necessary reservations and notes and add the tags accordingly
  • Assist to create new status tags, reservations tags, event tags on 7rooms
  • Assist with reports for each residence
  • Follow up regularly on all emails
  • Constant liaison with the Operation team to have a better workflow
  • Clear handover for the on-site reception team
  • To assist with back end up reports on 7rooms
  • Work alongside the Reception team assigned to each resident restaurant

  • Experienced in a high volume restaurant/bar environment

THE RIGHT EXPERIENCE

  • Well versed with minimally 2-3 years of Hospitality/F&B experience as a Receptionist
  • Strong networking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Sevenrooms and CRM experience is a must
