Job Responsibilities

  • Supervise and guide reservations team members.
  • Ensure all bookings are entered into the property management system and ensure accuracy.
  • Ensure orderly filing of reservations correspondence.
  • Inform the Director of Revenue, Front Office Manager and Director of Sales on all matters pertaining to no show and matters concerning reservations department.
  • Ensure Guest History are updated regularly.
  • Work closely with Sales Department on status of group reservations.
  • Assist in preparation and compilation of statistical data on reservations.
  • Maximise room utilisation and monitor room allotments.
  • Forecast reservations pick-up trend against market activities and competitors.
  • Provide detail analyst of the room revenue and average rate forecast for future months.
  • Chair weekly room revenue meeting.
  • Perform any other job tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar capacity in the hospitality industry.
  • Attentive to details.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
