Job description Restaurant working hours: 6 days, 11am \xe2\x80\x93 10pm (break time included) Work location: Paya Lebar / Changi (Expo MRT) Main Responsibilities: - Ensuring efficient and smooth restaurant operations, coordinating entire restaurant ops including front-of-house and back-of-house - Maintaining high quality customer-service by hall staff - Oversee all operational systems (Point of Sales, Order taking, Waitering) - Staff scheduling - Hiring, training and supervising new staff - Liaising with shopping mall management whenever necessary - Work to increase restaurant revenue and profits, develop goals - Ensure compliance with relevant rules and regulations Requirements: - Minimum 1 year experience in F&B - Must have strong literacy skills, excellent communication skills - Must be able to speak good English and Chinese - Basic computer literacy (e.g. Microsoft office, writing emails) - Strong leadership skills, good people management and conflict resolution Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: From $3,000.00 per month Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: From $3,000.00 per month Benefits:
