The Manager will oversee & lead management in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant including staff recruitment, training, inventory planning, and continuous improvement. He/she will ensure and upkeep food quality and service performance of each outlet as well as to recommend, implement service recovery processes required, to use all resources intelligently to minimize cost and maximize profit, to establish and maintain high level of efficiency in operation flow and service. Individual to be involved in: 1. Manage and oversee the entire restaurant operation 2. Training and supervising staff 3. Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety legislation/guidelines 4. Handling customer enquiries and complaints 5.Assessing and improving profitability 6.Making improvements to the running of the business and developing the restaurant. 7.Agreeing and managing budgets 8.Producing staff rosters 9. Other ad-hoc operational duties and responsibilities as and when assigned. 1. Oversee all operations of the restaurant 2. Review service processes and provide recommendations for service enhancement to address service issues 3.
