Restaurant Manager
Job Description
We are looking for an individual to maintain the restaurant's revenue, profitability, and service quality. You will ensure efficient restaurant operation, as well as maintain high production, productivity, quality, and customer service standards.Responsibilities : 1. Managing restaurant operations.2. Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction3. Organize and supervise shifts4. Estimate future needs for restaurant goods, supplies, and cleaning products5. Respond efficiently to customer complaints5. Create detailed revenues and expenses reports weekly and monthly6. Manage the restaurant's good image and find ways to improve it7. Train new and current employees in proper customer services practicesRequirements : 1. Strong leadership, motivational, and people skills2. Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager, or similar role3. Extensive food and beverage knowledge
