Job Description

We are hiring someone to fill up a vacant position as Restaurant Manager. You will undertake the responsibility of managing the daily operation of the restaurant. In addition, you will be appointed as the leader to lead fellow staff towards the common goal of providing an exceptional service and experience for the patrons.
You will be required to perform the following:

  • You will be required to ensure the daily operation goes smoothly for both, kitchen, and dining area.
  • Work closely with existing kitchen staffs and chef to maintain the quality of food prepared and cooked.
  • You will be involved in the manpower management (from time to time, not always) in terms of decision-making process and will be required to conduct interview and assessment of suitable candidate to supplement and enhance the operation of the restaurant.
  • You will be in charge of staff's work schedules.
Requirements:
  • Must have ample amount of experience in managing a restaurant.
  • Profit-oriented decision-making skills is a must.
  • You are required to have good multi-tasking skills as you will be heavily involved in controlling and overseeing the operations in the kitchen as well as the dining area.
  • Must not crack under pressure.
  • Must have basic knowledge about the F&B industry in Singapore.
  • Must have basic experience in managing finance aspect of the restaurant.
