Promoting and marketing the business, keeping statistical and financial records.
Problem solving, greetings and advising customers.
Keep detailed records of daily, weekly, and monthly costs and revenues
Preparing and presenting staffing/sales reports.
Assessing and improving profitability.
Setting targets.
Handling all day-to-day administration and paperwork.
Liaising with customers, employees, suppliers, licensing authorities and sales representatives.
Handling of all food orders for dine-in, take away and deliveries.
Managing orders on all take away or food delivery platforms.
Work closely with Kitchen teams to ensure timely delivery of quality food.
Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety legislation/guidelines.
Making improvements to the running of the business and developing the restaurant.
Maintain a prepared, clean, and sanitary work area at all times. To ensure that all staff are compliant to the safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures at all times.
Always ensure compliance with all legally required hygiene and safety practices and maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety in the kitchen and other relevant areas.
Ensure that food handling and hygiene regulations are followed in accordance with SFA & other governmental regulations & compliance.
Perform any other related duties and responsibilities that may be as assigned by immediate Supervisor or Company.
