Reporting directly to the Head of Operations, the primary role of the Restaurant Manager is to ensure that our guests and clients have a truly memorable experience in our Japanese Concept Restaurant while maximising sales and profitability.
This role requires the availability to work a rotating roster including mornings, late evenings, weekends and public holidays.
