Attend to customer needs & requests in polite manner. Serving, taking order & clearing tables. Setting up / general cleaning. Promote menu items. To be accountable for staff work performance andprovide relevant training when required. Movitate staff and ensuring all operational workand duties is being carried out.. Ad-hoc duties as assigned.
