Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the FOH operations across 4 outlets.
- Handle the scheduling of employee rosters.
- Work with marketing team to coordinate and execute in-store promotions.
- Conduct training for new and existing staff.
- Bachelor's degree.
- At least 3-4 years of restaurant management experience.
- Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Schedule: 5.5 days / 44 hours per week
Salary: $3,000.00 - $3,600.00 per month
