We are expanding and we have positions for Restaurant Manager to join our dynamic and multi-talented team. We are seeking a detail-oriented, reliable, and experienced restaurant supervisor to join our growing team. In this position, you will lead the staff of both front and back of house to attain high standards of product quality, customer service as well as health & safety. You will be requested to work at either one of our 3 outlets at Takashimaya (new outlet), 313@Somerset, Vivo City, and Jewel as rostered by the manager. Requirements & Duties

• 2 to 3 years’ experience in managing a restaurant
• able to manage P&L
• schedule roster base on P&L
• handle petty cash
• restaurant maintenance
• trouble shooting POS systems
• hands on and able to lead by example
• manage FOH service and supervise kitchen operations
• able to do PR and build relations with customers
• able to work on Weekends and Public Holidays
• knowledge in Japanese Ramen cuisine is an advantage

• Diploma in Food and Beverage Management.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience in F&B or equivalent.
