RESTAURANT MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIESKnowledge in Indian & Bangladeshi Food . Supervising at preparing daily food menu. . Manage schedules for roasting duty. . Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation . Organize and supervise other office activities. . Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations . Ensures a safe, secure, and well-maintained facility that meets environmental, health, and security standards. . Hiring, training, and evaluating employees, taking corrective action when necessary. . Ensuring kitchen stocked with necessary supplies and all equipment is working and properly maintained. . RESTAURANT MANAGER REQUIREMENTS . Bachelor Degree in business administration, management, Social Science or related field. . Experience minimum 10 years in related field, such as management or financial reporting, preferred. . Exceptional leadership and time, task, and resource management skills. . Strong problem solving, critical thinking, coaching, interpersonal, and verbal and written communicationskills. . Proficiency with computers, especially MS Office. . Familiarity with budget planning and enforcement, human resources, and customer service procedures. . Willingness to continue building skills through education opportunities. . Administrative writing and reporting skills. Availability to work within opening hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends). The ability to work under pressure.
