Ensure outlet operations run smoothly on daily basis from briefing, opening, servicing and closing 2. Create a high quality customer experience that is welcoming, fun, personable and attentive by imposing strong service SOP and training our service team 3. Work with Kitchen and Management to run suitable promotions and initiatives to grow and maintain monthly sales of at least 250K (Before Svc charge and GST) 4. Work with Outlet and Bar Manager to push and maintain drinks sales of at least 30% 5. Keep and grow list of VIP customers and run targeted promotions on them. 6. Drive and maintain outlet ratings of at least 4.5. on Google Review Technical Skills and Competencies 1. High standard Customer Service and Leadership Experience 2. Consistency 3.
