This role encompass working closely with the head chef to work on menu planning, research and development of dishes, whilst also working with the operation manager to better devise day to day floor op This role encompass working closely with the head chef to work on menu planning, research and development of dishes, whilst also working with the operation manager to better devise day to day floor operation, revenue and cost management while also understudying become a leader within the current team. it also requires working with marketing team to think of promotions and special events for the restaurant.
