Responsibilities

• To oversee overall daily operations of the restaurant
• Monitors outlet\xe2\x80\x99s expenses, ensuring all costs are within budget. Feedback regularly to Outlet Manager about discrepancies/adjustments in budgets
• Oversee and lead at all staffing issues including areas like motivation, recruitment, discipline and training and to be responsible for the development, active training and advancement of employees
• To manage and supervise a team of service staff to ensure maximum utilization of manpower allocated through sound scheduling
• To ensure operational procedures and standards (SOPs) are adhered to ensuring the highest service quality by ensuring every staff understand their duties and responsibilities
• Manage Cost analysis and work closely with monitoring of processes includes planning staff schedule in advance and ensure that there are enough staff for service and kitchen operations.
• Control labour costs through sound scheduling and improving employee productivity through training and better kitchen and dining room layouts.
• In-charge of all monetary matters including accurate Credit Card, cash flow and handle petty cash transactions
• This is not an exhaustive list, is subject to changes due to change in business outlook or any other factors where responsibilities will be redefined accordingly.

Requirements

• To have at least 5 years of relevant working experience in the F&B industry, familiar with both front of house and back of house operations
• Have a passion for F&B and is very Customer-oriented with high desire for service quality
• Strong planning and organizational skills with a keen eye for details
• Possess good analytical skills
• Knowledge of IT preferred
• In-House Training will be provided
• Self-motivated, willingness to leearn and try new things/methods
• Independent and yet team player and able to work in a fast-paced environment
