Job Description


  • Managing and oversee daily operations and ensure compliance to operations standards and procedures
  • Managing restaurant financial objectives by forecasting requirements, scheduling expenditures through best monitoring methods via tracking, monitoring and analyzing Sales, Labour & Food cost variances
  • Plan weekly schedule planning and daily team floor plan
  • Hires, trains and provide on-going communication to staff and deliver first-class service to customers
  • To comply ad-hoc with all the admin and paperwork requirements
  • Assist and support any other relevant business duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by the Management.
  • Track stock levels of food, supplies, and equipment, forecast needs, and oversee ordering as necessary
  • Take ownership of budgets and cost control methods to minimize expenses
  • Address customer needs, comments, and complaints
  • Adhere to and enforce employee compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
  • Ensure all employees are working within outlined operating standards
  • Report on financial performance, inventory, and personnel
  • Be attentive to customer\xe2\x80\x99s needs, doing everything possible to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Controls the customer\xe2\x80\x99s experience through the dining process, ensure greeting customer\xe2\x80\x99s timely, following any special requests/needs, properly following steps of service, accurately take and deliver orders, and promptly clearing off dirty tables to get them prepared for the next group
  • Maintaining the restaurant\xe2\x80\x99s revenue, profitability and quality goals.
  • Ensure efficient restaurant operation, as well as maintain high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.
  • Coordinate the entire restaurant operation, including front-of-house and back-of-house
  • Deliver superior guest services and ensure absolute customer satisfaction
  • Respond efficiently to customer complaints
  • Enforce and offer the best quality of products possible
  • Organize and supervise shifts
  • Appraise personnel\xe2\x80\x99s performance and provide feedback to keep them upbeat and productive
  • Estimate consumption, forecast requirements and maintain inventory
  • Track compliance with sanitation and safety rules and regulations
  • Control costs and cut waste
  • Successfully promote and publicize the brand
  • Nurture a positive working environment and lead by example
