Controls the customer\xe2\x80\x99s experience through the dining process, ensure greeting customer\xe2\x80\x99s timely, following any special requests/needs, properly following steps of service, accurately take and deliver orders, and promptly clearing off dirty tables to get them prepared for the next group
Maintaining the restaurant\xe2\x80\x99s revenue, profitability and quality goals.
Ensure efficient restaurant operation, as well as maintain high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.
Coordinate the entire restaurant operation, including front-of-house and back-of-house
Deliver superior guest services and ensure absolute customer satisfaction
Respond efficiently to customer complaints
Enforce and offer the best quality of products possible
Organize and supervise shifts
Appraise personnel\xe2\x80\x99s performance and provide feedback to keep them upbeat and productive
Estimate consumption, forecast requirements and maintain inventory
Track compliance with sanitation and safety rules and regulations
