Job Description


  • Oversee and manage the dining operations by monitoring store presentation, supporting brand consistency and implementing the restaurant strategy and action plan
  • Lead and motivate the team to complete the sales process, ensure customer satisfaction, comply with company procedures and maximize productivity and profitability
  • Train and monitor the development of staff and quality of service
  • Manage manpower requirements and oversee staff welfare for a conducive working environment
  • Oversee inventory, restocked supplies and placed orders for floor requirements
  • Maintained relationships with restaurant vendors to facilitate effective inventory management and implement cost controls.
  • Support brand consistency by delivering exceptional customer service to all guests
  • Handle customer feedbacks and complaints, technical and sanitation issues; engage in problem solving while upholding brand name
  • Maintain the upkeep of the store and conduct regular inventory tracking
  • Actively seek knowledge in food and drinks preparation processes
  • Actively engage in management activities such as menu development, budgeting and revenue forecasting
