Our company is currently looking for an excellent Restaurant Manager to join our team of passionate and talented individuals in operating an All Day Dining restaurant in hotels. We are food and beverage focused, offering brunch, room services, event functions, buffets and many others. The candidate will report to and work closely with the Director to st r engthen the operations and services level of the ground crew. Expected Job Responsibilities

• Oversee day to day hotel restaurant operations
• Achieve the outlet\'s KPI
• Ensure the adherence of restaurant standards, service benchmarks and company rules and regulation
• Ensure high quality of customer service consistently
• Maintain the restaurant\xe2\x80\x99s image from staff to cleanliness of premise
• Manage and maintain operational records including inventory, sales and staff as well as monitoring, evaluating sales performance
• Understand our products so as to be able to advise customers
• Respond and handle hotel guests complaints
• Lead, train and guide team to provide excellent restaurant services
• Set and update service SOP\xe2\x80\x99s
• Contribute ideas and assist our marketing department with A&P

• Well groomed, fluent in English and possess good interpersonal skills
• Minimum 3 years experience in similar capacity
• Up to date on industry trends
• Possess good computer skills (excel, pp, email etc.)
• Good work ethics, positive attitude and pleasant personality
• High quality standards in customer service, health, hygiene, food and beverage
• Exceptional leadership skills
• 5.5 day work week,12 noon to 10pm
