Schedule employees to ensure shifts have adequate coverage
Recruit, hire and train all restaurant staff, including waiters and metres
Maintain continuous training and develop training programs for teams
Streamline restaurant processes to improve customer experience
Prepare and evolve the food menu, following Spanish food standards
Prepare and maintain the wine list as well as the relationship with suppliers
Promote the restaurant
Handling customer complaints
Oversee restaurant finances, including sales and expenses
Control the P&L of the company and the achievement of set objectives
Understand and have a working knowledge of company invoice tracking, labor tracking, scheduling, food cost management, labor cost management, inventory control
Complete the necessary documentation, such as sales reports, inventory and staff assistance
This position requires working in restaurants helping managers (meters) to execute services
Perform other duties as directed

Previous background as a Chef would be an ideal but not essential requirement
Analytical skills to interpret reports and make decisions based on data

Knowledge of Spanish cuisine
About 6 years as Restaurant Manager in a Spanish cuisine
Ability to use Word, Excel and PowerPoint programs, appropriate Point of Sale (POS) systems and any other required operating machines (ie kitchen machinery)
