About Our Client

Largest chain of Spanish restaurant.

• Schedule employees to ensure shifts have adequate coverage
• Recruit, hire and train all restaurant staff, including waiters and metres
• Maintain continuous training and develop training programs for teams
• Streamline restaurant processes to improve customer experience
• Prepare and evolve the food menu, following Spanish food standards
• Prepare and maintain the wine list as well as the relationship with suppliers
• Promote the restaurant
• Handling customer complaints
• Oversee restaurant finances, including sales and expenses
• Control the P&L of the company and the achievement of set objectives
• Understand and have a working knowledge of company invoice tracking, labor tracking, scheduling, food cost management, labor cost management, inventory control
• Complete the necessary documentation, such as sales reports, inventory and staff assistance
• This position requires working in restaurants helping managers (meters) to execute services
• Perform other duties as directed

• Ability to manage the budget effectively and maintain the profitability of the restaurant
• Previous background as a Chef would be an ideal but not essential requirement
• Analytical skills to interpret reports and make decisions based on data
• Customer service and interpersonal skills to create positive relationships
• Knowledge of Spanish cuisine
• About 6 years as Restaurant Manager in a Spanish cuisine
• Ability to use Word, Excel and PowerPoint programs, appropriate Point of Sale (POS) systems and any other required operating machines (ie kitchen machinery)
