Shangri-La Rasa Sentosa, Singapore We are looking for a Restaurant Manager to join our team! As a Restaurant Manager , we rely on you to:
- Take responsibility of outlet colleagues, operation, and the outlet\'s performance
- Maximize profitability of outlet and drive revenue
- Ensure a high quality of food and service are always delivered to our guests
- Maintain a high standard in relation to service and food
- Take responsibility for the operations look and feel, including but not limited to the overall decor and atmosphere of the outlet
- Has a passion for Food & Beverage
- Leads by example and facilitates team cohesiveness
- Must have experience working in either a restaurant or a hotel environment
- A friendly, helpful, and trustworthy leader
- Creative with an eye for detail
- Enjoys planning, organizing and problem solving
- Willing to work shifts
- Able to engage with guests
- A self-starter and can drive the team to optimize business revenues
- Solution-driven and able to work in a fast-paced environment
