We are looking for someone who is experienced in the following:-
  • Manages and oversees daily operations, delivering top class service to guests
  • Events management, catering, banquet
  • Monitors company\'s financial objectives and ensures efforts made to hit KPIs
  • Interacting with guests to get feedback on product quality and service levels
  • Interviewing/recruiting new employees, train staff members to follow restaurant procedures
  • Ensure that health and safety protocols are adhered to
  • Keep a meticulous record of income and expenses.
  • Maintaining safety and food quality standards
  • Keeping customers happy and handling complaints
  • Organizing and planning schedules
  • Keeping track of employees\xe2\x80\x99 hours
  • Supervising daily shift operations
  • Ensuring all end of day cash outs are correctly completed
  • Coordinating daily front- and back-of-house restaurant operations
  • Controlling operational costs and identifying ways to cut waste
  • Appraising staff performance
You should have:-
  • proven senior roles in F&B/ restaurant service or equivalent
  • minimum a tertiary education
  • excellent interpersonal skills and communication
  • pleasant disposition
  • outgoing and cheerful personality
  • meticulous and pay attention to details
  • diligent and takes initiative
  • positive mindset and character
