Job Description


  • Responsible for managing all functions and day to day operations of the restaurant
during opening, mid or closing shifts.
  • Ensures excellent customer service and has good customer management skills.
  • Make recommendations concerning development, promotion, and disciplinary action
affecting team members.
  • Manage inventory and liaise with store manager to make necessary orders in advance.
  • Proven ability to develop teams and training of new staff.
  • Knowledge of systems, methods and processes that contribute to smooth operations
both in back-end and front-end.
  • Shares knowledge of South Indian Vegetarian food and ensures good food quality.
  • Manage Catering orders and ensuring smooth flow in catering operations.
  • Maintaining and monitoring duty roster schedules.
  • Implementing regular cleaning routine, daily, weekly and monthly and doing regular
follow-ups.
  • Retains customer loyalty by ensuring good customer experience and relationships.
  • Manage all necessary repair and maintenance issues
  • Good command of English and with one or two regional Indian language (in order to communicate with our majority customers)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to work on weekends and Public Holidays.
