Responsibilities: a~ Coordinating daily restaurant management operationsa~ Delivering superior food and beverage service and maximizing customer satisfactiona~ Responding efficiently and accurately to restaurant customer complaintsa~ Regularly review product quality and research new vendors.a~ Organize and supervise shifts.a~ Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivitya~ Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils and cleaning productsa~ Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulationsa~ Manage restaurantaEUR(TM)s good image and suggest ways to improve ita~ Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expensesa~ Promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant eventsa~ Train new and current employees on proper customer service practicesa~ Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operationsRequirements: a~ Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager, Restaurant General Manager, Hospitality Manager or similar role.a~ Proven customer service experience as a managera~ Extensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge, with ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and wait staffa~ Strong leadership, motivational and people skillsa~ BSc degree in Business Administration; hospitality management or culinary schooling is a plus.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSchedule:

Supplemental Pay:
