Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Implement effective operational strategies and processes to enhance retail store operation
- Oversees store operation, such as: Inventory control, customer service, and manpower planning
- Identify potential suppliers, negotiate on the rates, maintain good rapport with them to secure favorable terms
- Work with engineering team to source necessary equipment, and materials for product development and manufacturing
- Liaise with internal stakeholders for demand forecasting, inventory levels planning, and supply chain processes optimization
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to resolve any operational related issues, and ensure the goods and services are being delivered within said timeframe
- Monitor operational expenses and develop strategies to control the cost
- Manage the budgets for retail store and procurement activities
- Evaluate overall business performance and conduct necessary analysis
- Implement inventory control measures to minimize wastage
- Other ad-hoc duties required by the management
- Degree in Business Administration, Operation Management, or any related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in the operation and procurement management role from retail or food industry
- Knowledge in retail operation, inventory control, and procurement strategies
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
- Able to multitask, excellent communicator, meticulous
