Job Description
Joii Philippines Inc. provides offshore staffing solutions that allow our Australian builder clients to maximize their resources and profits by leveraging our talented pool of professionals in the Philippines. Our expertise includes Drafting, Rendering, Estimating, Construction Administration, Loan Processing, IT, and Accounting services.Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist with the production and upkeep of our standard house design range.
- Produce sketch designs and working drawings of clients' changes for houses on individual lots.
- Coordination of drawings with sales & estimating departments.
- Future work will include assisting with sketch design, town planning, and working drawings of custom homes and townhouses.
- Other duties as directed
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Engineering/ Architecture or equivalent
- At least 2-3 years of working experience in the related field
- Must have experience with relevant computer-aided design software such as Revit Architecture 2022.
- Day Shift (5-day work week)
