Build long-term relationships with all relevant stakeholders, such as local government people, politicians, etc.
Coordinating offshore operations and projects between local and overseas team.
Managing communication and collaboration between onshore and offshore teams.
Ensuring compliance with offshore regulations, policies, and procedures.
Monitoring project progress, timelines, and budgets.
Identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues related to offshore operations.
Facilitating offshore logistics, including transportation, accommodation, and equipment.
Collaborating with stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives.
Requirements
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in relevant fields or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
Understanding of relevant offshore regulations, health and safety standards, and environmental requirements is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
